CARSTAR New Hope

Do not do business with this company. They do not operate in good faith. My car was involved in a hit and run, I contacted Car Star due to them being a direct repair option with my Insurance provider. An initial appraisal was done on my vehicle by my insurance company and I was provided a written estimate that included charges for mechanical body work paint and labor. on 11/21 prior to my vehicle being towed to their location I advised them I was only interested in receiving mechanical work for my vehicle due to the body damage being extremely minimum and since it did not effect the safety of my vehicle I did not feel it was important to be completed. Upon receipt of my vehicle I was not given a written estimate by car star and I was provided with a limited authorization form which I signe

I had a great experience with Carstar! Rob was wonderful to work with. He explained everything to me clearly and respectfully, and made sure I always understood what was happening with my vehicle. He kept me updated on which parts needed to be ordered and the estimated completion date, which I really appreciated. Rob and his team went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my vehicle and giving it a car wash. The finish on my car was outstanding; it looked just like it did the day I first bought it. Brought my car here for an insurance repair and everything went smoothly and my car looks like new. I worked with Sierra , and she is great! She informed me throughout the whole process and kept me updated on my car. Definitely recommend.

I was rear-ended and needed my car repaired. After speaking to the person at fault’s insurance, I chose CarStar to do repairs as I have had work done with them before. Mike Lee was very professional and knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done both quickly and correctly. The back of the car looks brand new.
