Honest-1 Auto Care - New Hope

Took my truck in for an EVAP major leak! It ended up being $1,600+, with the diagnosis included. Later on, after they finished all the work, I was stressed by the price they told me tbh hahah. they gave my warranty a call because I let them know I had easy-care primary coverage. They found some way to let me leave the shop paying only $638, since my warranty covered the rest. Originally, I called my own warranty, but the lady on the phone told me they didn’t cover it. The mechanics worked some sort of magic to cover almost all of it. I’m super satisfied. I brought my last few vehicles here and never had a problem. THANKS WYATT YOURE THE GOAT !!!

I had my Cadillac XTS in at Honest-1 Auto Care in New Hope and worked directly with Steve and his team. From start to finish, the communication was clear and professional. I originally brought the vehicle in for hesitation and drivability issues under load. Steve and the technician took the time to properly diagnose the concern instead of guessing or throwing unnecessary parts at it. The issue was identified and corrected (spark plugs), and the improvement was immediate. The car drives smoothly again with no hesitation. What I appreciated most was their transparency. They provided a detailed digital inspection, explained what was urgent versus what could wait, and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs. I came into Honest-1 after hitting a snowbank, causing significant shaking in my steering wheel and floor of my vehicle. I drove in thinking it was an alignment issue but, much to my dismay, the lug nut on the front right wheel bearing was cross-threaded. This means they have to remove the entire wheel bearing and replace the lug nut. Super expensive labor cost but absolutely necessary! They also did a wheel alignment and tire balance. After I picked up my vehicle, I pulled off the lot and starting driving onto the highway, I noticed that my wheel was cocked 10 degrees to the right, pulling the car to the side. I called Steve at Honest-1 right away, and they had me come in the following Monday to correct the issue without charge. I really appreciate them standing by their work – it makes

I was 2 minutes away from this shop when my car died, so I limped it into Honest 1 hoping for help. The staff was friendly and got me in that same afternoon, but that's where the positives end. They quoted me $150 for the diagnosis but then charged me $177 just to look at it. They determined my water pump failed and leaked coolant into my engine. I understand this is a significant repair but $6,000 for the water pump and then $11,000 for a new engine I'd most likely need? That's more than my 2012 car is worth! I took it to a local shop and got it repaired for $2,900 - and I did not need a new engine. Imagine that. Turns out the only "honest" part about this place is the irony in the name. Save your wallet and your sanity and shop elsewhere.

I brought my vehicle here after receiving many recommendations. I wish I had come sooner! I used to go to Firestone or smaller, cheaper shops, but I wanted quality work for the major oil leak I had. I needed somewhere I could fully trust to get it done right being that the engine was being messed with. They delivered!. Thank you, guys! it was decently expensive but not a single thing went wrong and everyone at the shop especially Wyatt is super cool!!!
