I’ve trusted New Hope Midas with my cars over 10 years now. They’ve always been very thorough, and taken the time to show me/explain/help me really understand what is needed and why to get my car safe, functional, and to optimize performance so I can drive confidently. They have been very understanding with scheduling and have frequently had a loaner car when I needed large repairs, and are always looking to help me save money when possible by breaking down what is necessary for safety, and what is a good idea to save oil/gas/trouble in the future. They’ve had advice and recommendations for new/reliable cars and trustworthy shops for work they don’t do on-site, and generally take very good care of their customers! Took my car in to get a wheel bearing replacement and alignment. They did a great job but the price was a little bit on the expensive side. Terry at the front desk was awesome and treated me with respect. My biggest concern was about the integrity of their mechanics. I agreed with your auto shop Midas and Terry that the alignment and wheel bearing replacement was the only thing that I wanted done on my vehicle and it was completed. My dash cam captured their mechanic going to go get food with my vehicle and leaving it idling unattended in a not so good area where anyone could've hopped into my vehicle and stole it. I have visited Midas shops in the past for my Jeep's regular maintenance and have always had a great experience. I visited this shop this week to receive an oil change, and although they were extremely busy, they took great care of my car and kept me updated often as I waited in the lobby. I appreciated their effort to keep me comfortable while I waited!

Really hate to give a bad review as the guys working there are pretty nice, but over $200 to mount and balance 4 tires off of a car is ridiculous. I brought in 4 bare wheels, 4 unmounted tires and got charged the "winter swap" price, which I'm assuming is more than double the work (lift car, remove tires, unmount old tires, mount new tires, balance, install, torque). I brought it up when I showed up and they assured me I wouldn't be charged for the other stuff. I showed up later to pick up and I was charged for the other stuff and no one would budge or help out. I got a $20 off coupon but it's still about double price of other shops in the area. Pretty dishonest way to do business. If I knew beforehand (they wouldn't tell me a price right away) I would have went elsewhere. I mean $50 to mo
