Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Went in for an oil change and even with being busy, the line moved quickly. Once I was in the bay, I was out in under 20 minutes. All the guys working were nice, polite, and respectful.

I waited 30 min in line for an oil change. When I was the only vehicle in line, a guy approached the vehicle and told me to pull into Bay 2 because they would be done next. Someone else pulls in line into Bay 1, and 10 minutes later is let in. Another 15 minutes go by before Im let in, and the car in Bay 1 is done with their oil change 5 min later. When I mentioned it, I got the "I dont make the rules I just follow them" response. Pretty poor customer service, timeliness (overall 1 hr and 10 min), and cost ($125 for full synthetic oil change) make it not worth the visit. I would recommend anywhere else for better prices, faster service, and/or better customer service.

Been going to this location for over 5 years and continue to always have a great experience. They're efficient and helpful and answer any questions. Sometimes they are very busy. You either wait, go to another nearby location, or come back another day. They ARE very fast, but they can't control if everyone decides to go there at the same time. They will do their best to give you an estimate and make things go faster by checking with people waiting what they need, doing the pre checks while you're in line, and in the very rare case that they happen to be out of a filter for your specific car, I've had them come out asap when they saw my car in line to let me know they were out and checked other locations for me.

Had my oil changed, done, and my tire pressure taken care of. A couple weeks later, one of my tires was a little low, which happens in cold weather. So I go in to have them top it off. Mind. You no one has touched it since they did and Now they're telling me it can't come off. And I should take it to a mechanic. Which tells me they obviously threaded on incorrectly or something of that nature. After two years of coming to this store, I will no longer use their services

Dorian gave excellent great guest service it is hard to find that level of service nowadays I will definitely come back and I will definitely let my friends and family know that Valvoline New Hope location is the place to go, or any of the other locations. Dorian deserve a raise!!! I hope you will give my request some attention. I have been coming to Valvoline for over 30+ years and I keep coming back because of the great service that I get here but the service I received today was supreme the whole crew was on point.
