I am still working through my insurance regarding an accident where Carstar is the assessor, but having interfaced with Vicky and Melissa over the last week I felt compelled to submit a review even though I haven’t had a repair or work done. Their customer service to-date has been beyond fantastic. Best I’ve experienced in any scenario. In fact, they were the first to inform me of a very specific policy discrepancy with my particular insurance company that disproportionately affects Tesla owners. Having to ask multiple people at my insurance, Carstar was indeed absolutely correct! They are quick, friendly, transparent, and helpful!

From the moment I walked in, Vicky set the tone for an amazing experience. Her warm, uplifting energy instantly made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She went above and beyond helping me with all my paperwork to get started on my Tesla, and her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Dennis then did a thorough walk-around of my vehicle to review everything that would be fixed. He was incredibly professional, respectful, and overall awesome to work with. I’m genuinely glad I chose this collision shop. I feel confident knowing my car is in great hands! 🙌🏽

I had a great experience with CARSTAR Spectrum Auto. They did an excellent job repairing my Acura MDX. The repair quality was outstanding, and my vehicle looks as good as new. The paint match and body work were done perfectly, and everything was completed on time as promised. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They also coordinated smoothly with the insurance company and the rental car, which made the experience completely stress-free for me. Unlike other body shops, this business actually cares about the work they do and their customers. Melissa who was our claims adjuster was very thorough and did an outstanding job by explaining the process from start to finish and kept you updated about the progress of the repair. Very efficient, quick turn around. Took a little over a week for what took another shop 6 weeks. Vicky at the front desk is so nice and very helpful. Complete front end repair with paint, sensors, and various replacements . 2024 ram 1500.
