Call Kia the service department and you get real people on the line. Ron, Mike, and MJ are all polite, knowledgeable, and they actually care. No AI, No BS, and No Lies. They are up front about everything and respectful. I've been getting my vehicle serviced here for some years now, even bought another KIA specifically to keep this peace of mind going. There are a lot of accommodations and they really do work around your needs. My car leaves the lot driving buttery smooth every time. No stress, no worries. The techs do a great job with all the little things and my car always leaves cleaner than arrival. I thought coming from a BMW Dealership, I was going to see a severe drop off in service and accomodations, only to be stunned by the massive upgrade. Stop by, you won't regret it.

They put used coolant on me, I had the same car, not a new one, im so sad and they never adjusted the serpertine belt, I said it is good, when I went another mechanic told me the two are bad, not very good serpertine belt and they did not clean the coolant reservoir, it is dirty. Is lié says everything is fine and good

I've had my Kia Soul (from Kia of Nyack) about 15-16 months. I've used the service here twice now, even though it's a 20-minute drive. Ron and MJ have been my service contacts. They have been great, The servicing has been great. Pricing is very fair. There is no pretentiousness here. I love this dealership and its service department. I'm hooked.

Over all experience was great, the two gentlemen that were working were outstanding. Only negative I take from this experience was that my windshield wiper fluid was not filled up. I was under the expression that when you take your car for service that was suppose to be done.

This dealership was able to schedule an oil change appointment same day when others would not. Car is still new so want to use the dealership for recommended service. Ron was above and beyond in explaining process and no pressure to do anything extra. Did offer additional work and was able to complete everything in the same amount of time. Felt respected and well taken care of.
