Defensive Insurance job on front end of 1991 Corvette - The car looked 'SHOWROOM FINISH' when I picked it up. Even during the auto strike, Luis was able to get Chevy parts for the Vette. He and his workers are beyond EXCELLENT. I have already spoken to friends about getting their cars repaired there.

This is one of the best dealerships. Great customer service. Love all the cars they offers and most importantly they will assist you with the right information. All the staff are very friendly specially Ray he’s such a great person. They will make you feel welcome as soon as your arrive. I get to say I went home with a great deal and I love my jeep my family and I we are very happy with this jeep and thanks to Ray and his good work we made this happen. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. You will go home with a big smile on your face.

They take advantage of anyone they can. Claimed they gave me a vehicle that was being sold “As is” but no where in the paperwork does it state that. Said they’d be willing to repair it if I pay, when the manager before said I was covered for any issues for the first 6 months. Well guess what? They didn’t get back to me for 6 months and now I’m stuck with a car loosing value. A bunch of scammers. If you’re in Rockland, go anywhere but here. I have all my conversations with them recorded as well because I was skeptical from the start but put my trust in them. Wouldn’t be surprised if they end up with a lawsuit or go out of business in the coming months or years

I got my front bumper fixed and painted. They did a great job, couldn’t tell anything ever happened to it, looks new. They told me my car would be ready by a particular day and returned it on time. Received great service from Melissa and Vicky in the office. Will definitely return when I need more assistance with my car. Thank you guys!!

I bought a 2016 Kia forte from them, and asked that I get a car that I can drive ride share with. Within the first few weeks of driving the car it had issues with the rotors. They fixed it for me but then the ac went, then it wouldn’t start. I’ve been trying to reach out for months now to no call back or reply. My texts have gone unanswered, the general manager seems to have changed his number but my voicemails have gone unanswered. Feels like I’ve been cheated and they took advantage of my situation. Rufus and Bobby both assured me the car was good to go, didn’t even give me a test ride on it. They said they’d take care of me if something went wrong and yet I’ve been ignored. I call consistently to no answer even when they are sitting in the office.
