Where do I start. James treated me like family same day, same night, couple of hours turn around time. We had lively conversation, spoke about our own family. Called me when the car was ready while I was at the local mall. He didn’t sugar coat pricing when I told him what I needed. He was at the front desk and worked in the shop on my car to make sure I was out of there the same night. 11/10 professionalism. 15/10 making me feel like family and customer service. Man needs a raise. Man can run that place like I saw him do while providing two rims to the shop and him throwing tires and new sensors on them. I was one of the last appointments, one of the last persons to leave. His charisma and ethic never faulted. First time at the shop, only gonna come back to see him.

Amazing service as always. James is extraordinary! He went above and beyond to help me and even looked into spare tire when I called. He was willing to take time out of his day to make sure I got what I needed. This place is top notch.

I had an amazing experience at this location, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming! ⭐️James truly made the difference! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He explained my options in detail and gave me tips on tire maintenance (Kudos because what do I know about this as a woman 😂 LOL). He took extra time to make sure everything was perfect, from start to finish. If you're in the area, definitely check them out. Oh yeah and the process was quick! I felt like I was in and out in no time 😁 which was great because I had a million other things left on my todo list 🥲

Joe & James are the man. Came in matter of time . Was out to do errands when I heard a hissing noise come from my left front tire . Went to two different tire shops , both told me will take 2 days due to the new year. Gave a call & spoke to Joe , had informed me he will try his best to squeeze me in. He definitely did. Saw James there, met him previously before at a different mavis location. Amazing service , James was very professional, respectful , you name it . If you’re in need of an emergency fix on your tires , last minute or not . Head over to this location , definitely worth it . Happy new year
