Dropped off my car after someone was nice enough to hit it and run. Honestly, terrible experience. HOWEVER, I got to meet n work with the great ppl at Cartelli! They were great to work with, made my car prettier than when i dropped it off and made the whole situation more bearable. Hopefully i will not need them in this capacity again, but if i need service like this again, they will be my go to

The folks at Cartelli's are professional, kind, and communicative. I had never had an insurance claim before and they guided me through the whole process. They also kept me informed via text throughout the repairs. Easily the best car repair experience I've ever had. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about Cartelli’s . Dealing with Dale was a pleasure . He kept me informed of additional work that needed to be done and his communication with my insurance company. A few delays were not Cartelli’s , they were due to insurance approval delay and parts delay. Dale was very helpful with coordinating with Enterorise for my car rental pick-up . I didn’t have to drive to Enterprise to drop off my rental car. I just drove to Cartelli’s and they arranged for rental car to be picked up. Steve was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable as well. I can’t say enough good things about Cartelli’s body shop and would HIGHLY recommend them!! We were visiting family in NH and hit a deer. We only had a 2 week period to get our car fixed and get back to SC. Cartelli’s not only got us in asap, but fixed our suburban with time to spare! They were easy to work with, were professional, had great communication (with us and our insurance) and did a superb job!! You would never know $10,000 of damage was done. Our car is back to looking brand new!! Thank you!!

A few years back a man backed out of his space at big y and slammed into my acura! Their body shop brought it back to its former good looks! The process was easy!Updated 3/17/25! Snow and ice slid off of a slate roof and crushed my hood! Steve and the crew at Cartelli's once again came through and repaired the hood! Great job!
