Carvana Albany

The online trading process was really easy and they offered me more money for my Jetta than any of the dealers around here. All the paperwork was signed and completed online and it was really easy to follow. My delivery driver, Jackson, was AWESOME. Very friendly and helpful and walked me through everything. The car was delivered at 12:55PM and Jackson left my house at 1:25. The car is basically perfect. It actually looked better than the pictures of it online. I have to be honest I was a little worried reading these other reviews, but my purchase went smoothly with no delays (thank god) and I’m happy. Thanks CARVANA, so far so good! It was a really good experience to not have to sit at a car dealership for hours on end.

They are scammers do not buy a vehicle from them. Their vehicles are broke down with check engine lights on, and things are practically rusted. Also, the vehicle that I purchased had brand new brake pads on it, but the rotors were shot and messed up, which caused a big amount of bill they did not even want to fix it and I only had the car for four days. These people are scammers. Do not buy a vehicle from them. I’m going to insert pictures on how the bottom of my car looked.

SCAM! We drove 3 hours to this location only to find out we had been deceived. We now spent almost an entire day and wasted gas, money and hassle for this experience ! Please listen to the countless folks here who are being 100% honest about how this is simply not a legitimate business. The car I purchased had significant damage not previously disclosed to include the front bumper glued on, and so much more. It was not even cleaned and detailed like they say. There is no way the 150 point inspection is legitimate either because that would have been addressed. The car smelled like antifreeze, the whole side was scratched up and terrible. I had an excellent experience selling my 2020, low mileage Hyundai to Carvana. Receiving their online offer was fast and easy, their offer was easily the highest of all the online car offers and higher than a trade. The paperwork was quick to complete online, we dropped off the car and after a quick inspection they paid us the full quoted offer. They even removed our plates and checked thoroughly for items we left (they found an umbrella). The person who took care of us was pleasant.

This company offered 5400 more for my Buick Enclave than the dealership offered for a trade on a new vehicle. I drove 3 hours from Vermont to Albany and they handed me a check for the full amount without any problems! I had to rent a car one way to get back home, but that’s only $100 bucks. They wouldn’t pick up the car where I live, but it was worth it! I would do it again!
