Carvana New Bern

I live in New Bern, but have just purchased my second car through Carvana and picked it up in Raleigh. Depending on how everything goes, it will determine if I purchase from them again. I purchased a 2018 Soul in 2020 from Carvana. Had pretty good luck with it. I did have to have rotors replaced soon after getting it. Fast forward to September 2024. I traded my Kia for a 2018 Ford Focus. It is now October and the car is sitting in the shop awaiting inspection from Carvana due to transmission problems. I’m really scared at this point because they say these cars are inspected thoroughly. After driving the car for a couple of weeks, I knew something was wrong with the transmission. Less than 2 weeks after buying my pathfinder from Carvana I had to get my head gasket replaced It also had an oil change sticker saying that they recently changed the oil when I checked the oil filter appeared to be very old. Overall I would never buy from Carvana again I’ll take my chances with a real dealership for my next purchase.
