I brought my 2500 GMC. in for oil change, waited 2 hours to get it back. Had an appointment at 9:15 received back at 1115 was told to grease the truck. They did not grease it as they did not have any working grease guns in this dealership. Did not bother to advise me that they did not Grease it. Talk to the service manager and they finally located a grease gun and greased it in the parking lot.

Took an hour & 15 minutes to get an oil change that I made an appointment for. Charged 3% service fee to use my credit card for payment. Cheap move for a place already charging $70 for a basic oil change.

Told me my truck was too old parts obsolete. When to Chevy dealer in Littleton. He ordered oparts I needed. Had them in rwo days.
