Just had new tires mount on my truck and the guys provided fast friendly service. That's my favorite tire shop on the mountain.

I forgot when we got up here from the valley that I was supposed to, first things in the morning, go get new trailer tires before we haul a HEAVY LOAD back to Phoenix. Well, thanks to my wonderful ADHD 😠, I didn't remember to go until 430 pm! And we're leaving in the middle of the night, so I HAD TO GET THESE TODAY! Even though they were about to close, they told me to just sit tight and they'll get me taken care of, which they DID! Fast and efficiently! Doug, whom I dealt with the most was SO ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! As well as being comforting that all would be ready TODAY so I'd be safe to drive back to the valley tonight! My daughter had her tires replace on her Motor Home earlier this month. She was on a road trip to Colorado when her dually tires shredded apart. Stuck on the freeway for 2 days because it was a Saturday no one to tow. Discount tire came out and replaced the tires letting her know it was the extender that blew her tires. She called to inform Center Tire and all she got was “sorry we don’t warranty”. Thankfully she wasn’t hurt but they’ve definitely lost our whole family for any further business.

If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. Suprisingly, they managed to impress me, not in the ways you would think. The impressive part about my experience was how lack luster their capabilities truly where, while simultaneously expecting me to pay full price for mistakes made by their employees. I went in for a single lug nut stud replacement. They managed to have another sheered in half by the time they got the tire removed, at which point the owner or manager, i dont know what he was other than lacking integrity, showed me the damage that had been done. I told him go ahead and do what you gotta do to at least get me driving again. Which the car was doing fine when I came in. To do so he informed me that I would have to get the whole hub replaced.I told him go for it.(my mistake) O
