I had an excellent experience with Central Glass & Screen, characterized by a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication, and great customer service! I was contacted by Mr. Latimer at the front office, who helped me schedule an appointment to have my sliding patio door screens replaced. He provided me with flexibility of dates and times, which was very convenient. The communication from start-to-finish of this project was excellent - I had clarity, and knew exactly what to expect, which provided me with a sense of safety and comfort. The company built (and installed) my custom-made screens in a timely-manner. The contractors arrived exactly on-time and installed my patio door screens easily within 5-10 minutes. For the first issue: They can't even answer the phone politely. 2nd: owner is rude. He was 45 minutes late to do the estimate and didn't even call to say "I'm running behind" That should have been my first clue. 3rd: they didn't clean up very good. 4th: my window did not get sealed up right and leaks an they left in one of the old seals that was hard and caulked the other 3 sides but not completely that's why it leaks. 5th: I don't recommend them at all. 6th: the guys that came out were nice.

Always the best service and best price in town. Don’t go anywhere else.

Worst company to deal with. Paid for glass, they ordered it and a few weeks later was told it came in and was given an install date. Guess what they called that morning to tell us they "broke" the glass and would order another. 2 weeks later they say it came in and give us another install date. Didn't show up. called - got another install date they showed up but didn't have access , yet we supplied them with access code to get in. Rescheduled for a few days later, they showed up , went into our house for 5 minutes and left without installing. Called them again. Got another schedule date of 04/28/2022 and they are a no show. Called again and customer service advised its out of my hands and that we need to speak to owner but she wont give us owners phone number.

We had windows and screen doors replaced and full crew arrived on time and finished the work in a matter of hours. Scheduling the estimate and the work was easy. Everyone from the office to the installers were professional and efficient. Getting estimates for more projects and looking forward to working with Central Glass & Screen again.
