I’ve been to this facility twice now. The first time was for my timing belt. I was nervous because I normally go to the Dealer but it is becoming way too expensive. So I tried Certified which was less than half of the dealer price. I received an estimate and was able to schedule sooner than I expected. I immediately felt the mom and pop shop vibe when I walked in which I loved! I was greeted by Olivia. She has made the check-in & check-out process super easy and stress free. My vehicle was completed sooner than I was actually promised. Then when I arrived to pickup my vehicle the technician happened to be inside and went over my repair with me. Rick is the most informative mechanic I have worked with in a long time and is willing to go the extra mile. They are always busy but will make time for you. As a auto repair owner in virginia I can't say enough good things about this place. A good customers daughter is going to college in Ft. Myers. Had some car trouble. I looked up this guys. The hyundai dealership gave her a 5632.25 quote. Certified got her going in a timely manner for around $500. If my daughter was ever out of town, I would want her at a place like this. Thank you so much for taking care of her. Honest repair shops are hard to find.
