Got my car towed from my apt complex and wanted to find out more about the company that towed it to get an idea of what to expect when dealing with them... so I came here to read the reviews and I saw that Chandler's had a "bad reputation" according to the people here. I ended up going today to get my car back and I went in expecting completely rude employees with nasty attitudes. What I experienced was the complete opposite. They were pleasant, helpful, and even gave me a ride to the store so I could use the atm because my card didn't work. They did me another favor that I won't mention here which helped me out tremendously. My point here is that sometimes the negative reviews are just lies. Kudos to Chandler's Towing.

My nephew’s vehicle was towed by them from the Family Fair Convenience store. The store clerk waited until he walked to the cookie shop next door to contact Chandler Towing. They both were in cahoots to get $280 dollars out of my nephew. I spoke with a man named James Jackson that night and when I went to Chandler towing they said they did not know a James Jackson. Mr. Chandler the owner I am thinking was hostile and rude! These are not good people. 😡

Chandler’s Towing engages in predatory and unlawful practices. On Sunday, September 29, my husband’s car was parked directly in front of our rented garage at our apartment complex. Despite being parked legally, Chandler’s Towing hooked up his car in an attempt to tow it. The tow truck driver falsely claimed that residents are not allowed to park in front of garages and must park inside, which is not true. We specifically rent our garage space for the purpose of parking. He then changed his reasoning, stating the cars parked impeding traffic were to be towed. This was also false—our car was not blocking traffic in any way. The driver further claimed the property manager stated that there is no parking in front of garages.
