Chapel Hill Tire - Durham - Homestead Market

Came in for the annual vehicle safety inspection and to have a screw removed from my tire. CHT got me through in a very reasonable period of time and didn't charge for the tire repair. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They also suggested some routine maintenance (air filter replacement) that wasn't needed, as I just replaced the filter myself about 8k miles before.

Fantastic customer service. I went here to get my TPMS sensors fixed as I am prepping to sell my car. They were able to diagnose which sensors were broken so I didn't have to replace all four. Although there were initially some issues in getting the sensor light off, they were able to eventually get it resolved. They offered to give me a ride home for free and then dropped my car back off at the house for me after, which i really appreciated.

I patronize Chapel Hill Tire because of the convenience: ease of scheduling appointments, location, and shuttle. My overall experience is just okay. Appointments are lengthy, prices are more expensive than other places, and once I had to go back because my car was leaking oil after service. My least favorite part is that I always expect to be upsold whenever talk to an associate. If I'm here to get a necessary repair and am taking off work to do so, I really don't want to receive a video of my cabin air filter via text-- that just wastes everybody's time.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time now, but life. Just wanted to say what a great experience my wife and I had with Brett and staff. Few months back we had new tires put on her jeep. The price was fair, service was excellent and they were honest. I’ve been a car guy all my life so I appreciate not having someone push a lot of non essential items down my throat. Recently my wife picked up a screw in her tire. She brought it in and they took the screw out and it actually didn’t puncture the tire. I’m going to be bringing my Gmc Serria to them this week for some maintenance. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time coming to Chapel Hill Tire. It was a great experience! Super easy to make an appointment online. They text you appointment reminders and updates as your car is with them. I appreciate how kind and helpful Brett was at the front desk! We will definitely be back here for our car needs.
