The Front Desk personnel were very prompt with scheduling an appointment. They also provided frequent follow up text messages and information during the time when my vehicle was being serviced. There were quick responses to all of my inquiries. The Courtesy Service for transport after I dropped off the car was a huge blessing. It made it convenient to service the car during my workday. Overall great customer service.

First impressions are important. When I visited in the afternoon, the staff member serving was a white woman who seemed to lack experience in providing attentive customer service. As this was my first time, I value a warm and welcoming attitude to enhance the experience. Unfortunately, I felt her demeanor was unfriendly and unapproachable, and I didn't feel comfortable staying inside. I left after just a brief moment, which was disappointing. I hope the staff can improve their customer service to create a more inviting atmosphere for future guests.
