They sold me the wrong size tire an gave no receipt or warranty an the only reason I noticed is because the tire popped a month after getting it an they refuse to acknowledge or reimburse their mistake. My vehicle is now damaged thanks to chapos.
Needed some tires in a pinch on a road trip and they had a used one for $50. They installed it within 20 minutes and we were back on the road!
I bought two new tires for the front they replace my lower control arms on my 2005 Honda Civic drives great steering wheel straight and they got it done when they said they would. I would say it's very good and I will be going back
Chapos for the win! Got a screw in my tire on Sunday and it went immediately flat. Walmart and any other store within a 20 minute radius that was open didn't have the size. But guess who did, CHAPOS! That's right, I was in and out within 30 minutes with a great used Firestone which got me back to Chicago. Been a week now and super pleased with Chapos quick service and excellent value. Highly recomend!
Super helpful and friendly will be coming back for any tire needs from now on!
