Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Their entire staff was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Got the windshield replaced in less than an hour and had a very clean and comfortable waiting room with WiFi so I could work while I waited. They worked directly with the insurance company making it a seamless process. Highly recommend

Excellent, quick service. Trisha did everything possible to make sure they had the glass needed for my windshield replacement and got me fixed up a week and a half quicker than the next fastest quote I got. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I don’t think I could’ve made a better choice with where I elected to go for this service.

Excellent company! They were so helpful with getting my windshield replaced quickly. They answered many questions I had about some errors that arose with my Honda (from the dealership side). They offered excellent suggestions and helped me resolve things quickly and easily! I highly recommend them!

What a fantastic experience! My truck was burglarized in North Carolina. I called home to Charleston auto glass and Trisha was the most helpful person of anyone and found a factory replacement that was there that day. I drove home and had it installed the next morning. What a great staff And a very clean and nice office. Hats off to the team for making a bad experience not so painful. By the way, she beat two of the national auto glass companies you hear about on TV by a very good margin.

Quick and professional service. Called on a Monday about the windshield damage, the receptionist provided me with a claims line for my insurance company, notified me that they are a preferred provider, and ordered the windshield scheduling me for a Wednesday install. Wednesday arrived early and was immediately taken care of, the car was in the shop 10 minutes after arriving early. Windshield was installed, safety systems recalibrated, and I was back on the road within an hour. Nicholas even removed and reattached my service stickers from the cracked windshield on the new one. Incredible customer service, and a welcoming lobby to wait on your install. I don’t know why you would go anywhere else.
