We drove 4 1/2 hours from NC to make this purchase, they took the time to answer all my daughter's questions, making her car-buying experience fun and stress-free. I recently purchased a 2025 INEOS Grenadier from Hendrick INEOS Grenadier Charleston, and overall it was a great experience—largely because of Madeline, who was nothing short of exceptional. She was absolutely wonderful to work with: incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, thorough, and consistent about following up and following through. Having not bought a vehicle in over a decade we were apprehensive as to the process. However; we were about to be delighted! We had a very positive buying experience! Madeline was incredibly helpful, explaining the various vehicle options as we drove around. She was attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. Dylon made us feel valued and determined to do his best. Ryan made the final part of the buying process a dream come true. His seamless experience and willingness to explain the various aspects of the process made the entire experience wonderful. I was greeted a bit before my test drive by Andrew who was friendly and professional. The Sales Manager Lee also joined us for part of our meeting. Zero pressure, just information and enthusiasm. These folks love their product and it comes across genuinely.
