Our family drove 2 hours to find an Authorized & Quality repair center and we’re glad I did. Savanna was a great communicator all the while being direct about the timeline of our family car. The repair facility and paint shop matched the paint EXACTLY on the new bumper and was also able to pull out the bent quarter panel saving money. If you want a quality job and are willing to let these artisans do their work, this is the place.

Chris - the General Manager took great care of us. He recognized a timing issue in getting our vehicle completed and stepped in and made sure we were taken care of and commutation was flowing. He was extremely helpful in getting our car back on the road and making sure we left in a positive fashion. Very thankful for his help and the rest of the team over at EVen Better Collison.

I brought my car in and was already so overwhelemed but the guy that helped me was named Chris. He was the EV manager and was so kind and helpful. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with my car. I don’t ever leave reviews but I’ve been telling everyone how great he was and recommending him for any future issues!

The repair of my bumper on my 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 was excellent. They did a great job restoring it to looking brand new with the paint a flawless match! They were very easy to work with, I would highly recommend them especially if you have an all electric car. Chris was great.

Chris was absolutely fantastic—so knowledgeable and genuinely went above and beyond for my Model 3 Tesla. The previous management told me I’d need to spend at least $600 to replace my entire driver’s seat, when in reality the only issue was the reclining button that had popped off after I had my windows tinted at another shop. Chris quickly identified the problem and was able to reattach the button on the spot, free of charge. On top of that, instead of insisting my doors needed to be replaced, he saved me (and my insurance) a huge expense by advising that we could simply sand it down and repaint. His honesty and expertise made all the difference.
