Hendrick Lexus Charleston service center does a great job of detailing the vehicle owner's needs and wants. The service check in is quick, the waiting area is very nice, clean and provides refreshments for longer term work. The Service Advisor I worked with was very considerate and handled my questions and needed service quickly. During the service, I was provided a video of the vehicle with the technician providing comments. After the service was complete, the Service Advisor reviewed the work with me and provided answers to a couple of questions. Hendrick Lexus and the service was prompt, thorough and excellent. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.
UPDATE: 12/20/25 Back again purchasing my second Lexus ES350 with Wilbur Wiggins, Still one of the Best sales Consultant I’ve ever dealt with. I still highly recommend him to anyone if you’re looking to buy a Lexus at Hendrick Lexus Charleston🎉
The Hendricks Lexus dealership in Charleston is the most professionally run and service oriented car dealership I’ve ever experienced. Alex Bousquet did a great job of staying in touch with me and keeping me informed As my car recently was receiving maintenance. The mechanic took a video of the area of concern and did a great job of explaining what was required in order to make the repair. Alex called to answer any questions that I had and I felt the job was priced very, very fairly. I would recommend a Lexus to anyone looking for a car and I strongly recommend taking your car back to the dealership for service.
