Charlie Obaugh Kia Service and Body Shop

I had a great experience with Charlie Obaugh Kia in Stanton VA. I got a new 2025 Kia sorento X line, panoramic sunroof, black leather 3rd row seats and all the bells and whistles. This is the 1st car Ive ever purchased and Melissa Cline (sales consultant) went above and beyond to help me with every detail. She helped to answer all my questions even when I texted on her days off/after hours. The rest of the team was very helpful as well. We arrived early for our appointment just to have time to look around so several different guys helped us to look and test drive until Melissa was finished with the appt. Before us. Body shop has terrible customer service. I never received any update on the progress of my car, I always had to call them. When I called, I generally received attitude even from the manager. On one instance I called a month into then having my car and was told by the person who answered the phone my car was almost done. I received a called later that day from the manager stating they had found more issues with it and they need to keep it a month more and my estimate would be increasing by a few thousand dollars. I am now having to take my car back because the paint is chipping 3 weeks after having it back.
