I have had a repeat issue with my clutch pedal, and I took it to Charlie’s so they could see what is wrong with it. I worked with Edgar, and from our first conversation, I felt so comfortable with him, and he made this whole process so easy. He explained everything I needed to know, and he is so kind and courteous. Having my car out of commission is stressful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was able to solve my issue, and I know who I’m going to call if I have any other transmission issues as my car gets further into her golden years. Thank you, Edgar!!

Edgar at Charlies Transmission was so helpful and kind. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle (Who knew there was a thing called a "parking prawl"?). He let me know when I could expect my vehicle back and even went above and beyond to bring my car back to me at work so I did not have to find a ride to get my car. It is rare these days to find someone you can trust and you know they are sincere in their desire to help you! He was honest and I appreciated that. They have a customer for life now!

Edgar was communicative and helpful in repairing my transmission. My truck was back on the road in just a few days and drives like new even though it has more than 200000 miles on it. Love that their shop is a father-son operation. Highly recommend!

Don't GO there. Fake and overrated, they don't know what they are doing and they make it a race issue I took my 2015 Infiniti q40 to them for a transmission change, which I bought and they changed it. But the reverse light and camera does not come on afterwards. They drive. Check. .I had to come drive the car and let them know. I mean what kind of Auto shop don't know how to test and verify a car. They kept the car for the weekend and checked it the following Monday. They didn't call me and I kept calling till Tuesday afternoon when I went there. And six Spanish fell out and attacked me verbally like I didn't know what I was saying about the problem. Before I knew it it became race issue like as a black and African I didn't know what I was talking about a car. And I only asked if you coul
