Chester Body Shop & Towing

Thank you to the team at Chester Body. The truck came back looking perfect and very clean. I should have probably cleaned it before coming in. The team was very clear, courteous, made me feel comfortable, and even did more than expected. I hope to not be back lol, but we live in a world of the unexpected. If I need work again or a friend needs a recommendation, Chester Body it is. Thank you again.

My experience has been great at this place. I Have had some issues since getting my car back the owner Scott both times has been on top of it. For me personally, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect to be taken care if I have an issue after the fact. That is exactly what has happened here. Integrity. A week after getting my window replaced the window came off track. I drove right into Chester autobody- Scott stopped what he was doing- Came right out worked on my door for about an hour, Stripped the whole thing down right in front of me, not only found the issue but explained what was the issue, owned up to where they could’ve been better & didn’t make me feel weird about it in the process. I I highly doubt that they ever have cars that come back with these type of issues, I am sure

My car looks Fantastic! I couldn't believe you made it so perfect after the deer ran into it.... I appreciate the communication with me during the process and with the insurance company. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends .

Wow!! The most professional and courteous body shop that I’ve ever dealt with. If the unfortunate happens, just know they will take great care of you and your vehicle. The work is absolutely perfect! I can’t say thank you enough!!!

Asked for rental car and ignored after their poor work to my vehicle. Stuff falling off. He needs to be shut down. Liars and know they haven't order my parts. It doesn't take 2 weeks or over a month to order no parts. Insurance companies take them off your list. Needs to give my money back because I had to pay my mechanic to fix some of their mess and still have more to get done.
