Dropped by with a split exhaust pipe and got a quote immediately. Parked at 3:15 and backed out at 3:45 with the problem fixed. Work was accurate and fairly priced.

I took my Jeep in today to have my muffler and tailpipes replaced. I talked with the lady behind the counter which by the way, was great to talk with. She took my information and my Jeep was in and out in just under an hour. Chester Muffler was very efficient and did a great job. I am very with happy the work and the professionalism of the staff. Job well done!!

I took my truck there to get the a/c fixed. The diagnosed it wrong than when I took it back they said they can’t fix it because the top a/c hose is to hard to get to. My truck is leveled on 35s. If their mechanic can not reach it that’s very sad. They did not refund the diag money either. Why take my money initially if you knew you couldn’t reach it. If zero was a star they’d get a 0. 10 out of 10 would not recommend at all.

Always, always, ALWAYS, a pleasure. The owner is so kind hearted and the services are cheaper than anywhere I have been. The team is skillful and the gentlemen who has worked there for over 20 years is also very kind and informative. They seem very honest and it gives me confidence to be on the road knowing I can depend on them if I needed to bring my car in for service. Great place to get simple car repairs! We use them mainly because they're very close by like right across the street but friendly staff the lady at the front desk is just wonderful always friendly knows who I am now because we're there frequently lol pricing seems good as far as mechanics go they're always very upfront on what you're going to charge you and what exactly you need and what you can go without as far as a repair would highly recommend them!
