Chevrolet Certified Service

Everything about this experience was FIRST CLASS! My advisor, Casey Drese, was a fantastic guide through the service process, communicating what was needed exactly when it was needed (extra points for working with my work schedule and using the text options to get info to and from faster!). I was treated like a valued customer upon arrival, by Curtis and Trent and the rest of the team. The loaner unit I was provided was excellent and very much appreciated. The mechanic I was given - Big John - clearly knows his stuff very well and had my motor issues remedied quickly, and he walked me through the issues and resolution in terms even I can understand (this can be a rare gift for very skilled, technical craftspeople, to be able very effective communicators). Pickup and close-out was a breeze

The service rep lied about a slow leak in my tire. Said i needed a new tire because a piece of metal. However, a tire shop showed me the leak was actually due to a crack in the rim. There was no piece of metal. This is the third time I've been there. The first time was a week after i bought it they drove it up to me and it looked like it was driven through a river of mud. They don't even run vehicles through a wash. My wife car gets washed and vacuumed every time it goes for service up the street. Absolutely terrible. I pre-purchased the oil change and tire rotation package, but I won't bring my vehicle back. Just going to take a loss on the last 2 years.

Terrible customer care. They had my car for two months basically and gave a huge "run around" I hope you like having to call for updates about your car. Do not use Cassey ask to use The manager exclusively. Casey is bad at his job. He won't listen or try to understand you, so you know he hates his job. They leave at 3:00, so good luck getting to talk to anyone after you get off work.

Updated below!!! I'm disappointed that I bought a 25 Equinox in Aug from this dealership and the engine light comes on frequently. I have visited this dealership a few times now to get it fixed. Each time I'm assured that "a fix" solved the problem but a month or so later the engine light reappears. I have asked to speak to the service manager but he was too busy. I left a message 2 days ago for him and still nothing UPDATE!!!!! Upon speaking to Kyle the service manager, he has went over and beyond to figure out the issue with my car. I'm very grateful for his kindness and understanding. Kyle, Tim and the others are awesome. It feels good to be treated with respect and not as another #. Thanks Kyle!

Good service. Good communications. Eric kept me informed all the way. Yeah, car repairs are always expensive but I don't trust my classic Corvette to anyone but Elco.
