Telle Tire & Auto Centers Ballwin

Thank you to the Ballwin Telle Tire team! They were able to get me scheduled within a timeframe that fit with my schedule. They got my vehicle in and out in under 45 minutes. The team was very nice and respectful while I waited in their clean and well organized waiting room. I also noticed that the space the mechanics were working in was clean and organized. I would definitely go back.

I've been to Telle Tire twice, and both times were great experiences. The crew at Telle is always friendly, professional, and get you in and out efficiently. The tire prices were definitely competitive, but the service is where the value really stands out for me - you leave feeling as though your business is valued. A much better experience than any of their local competitors BY FAR. This most recent trip was for a damaged tire, which they had ordered immediately upon assessing the damage, then replaced and ready to go within about 20 minutes once the tire arrived. This easily could have taken the better part of my morning elsewhere. I was again very impressed with their service and would strongly recommend.

I popped into Telle Tire in Ballwin this morning, without an appointment. They greeted me immediately. I explained my issue. They looked at my car, showed me the issue, quoted me a fair price and had me out of the shop a little over an hour. I’ve never had an automotive repair transaction seem so customer service oriented. I felt like they were looking out for me, my car and my wallet. (Almost like family) Don’t hesitate to give them the opportunity to earn your business!

Many thanks to Kyle, Mark and Chase at the Ballwin Telle Tire for their work when I had a tire with a torn sidewall that stranded me and my family. This wonderful crew took care of my troubles quickly even though I arrived at closing time. Kyle helped me choose a new tire that met my driving needs and was very reasonably priced. Thanks so much!
