I don’t have to experience other mechanic shops in the St. Louis area to know that Dave and his Sellenriek team are one of the best. He helped me with a pre-purchase inspection and was very knowledgeable and easy conversationalist. Definitely wants the best for his customers.

Without a doubt one of the best Automotive shops in St Louis County. Sellenriek is Knowledgeable, fair and distinctly Old School and that’s a good thing! In this day and age of chain store/tire store/ muffler store posers, who claim to “do it all@, Sellenriek will honestly tell you what they can do and can’t do! Go here first if your car is older, if you want to keep it rather that replace it, or if some other shop gave you the run around. Tell ‘em James says Hi!

When world wide motors said my truck was too old and had too many miles on it (350,000) to fix!!! Sellenriek automotive did what they couldn't!!! Fixed all my oil leaks, figured out why the truck had a hard time going into park and fix that too. I highly recommend them to anyone. Now I have a trusted auto mechanic who is willing to work on older cars and trucks. Mine is a 2001 Toyota 4runner.
