I was amazed how friendly the staff was. Emily at the front desk made sure i knew exactly what to expect and was sweeter then pie. I was offered a chargjng cable for my phone with a comfortable chair, coffee hot chocolate was available as i waited. I will recommend this location to my friends and family. What an awesome experience you guys provided.

Matt a team did a great job on a hard task. Went out of their way to detail the issues and impact. My truck is back to good as new.

Everything went smoothly. Got the oil changed, tires rotated, safety software updated and State inspection sticker on one vehicle and State inspection sticker on the second vehicle… all completed quickly and efficiently. On top of that, Jen showed her typical professionalism and friendly customer service that we’ve come to expect from her! Always a pleasure to work with Jen!

Absolutely fantastic!! I’d hired a locksmith on Sunday, I found online to program a key fob a bought from Amazon. For reasons I didn’t know. The locksmith wasn’t able to program my key fob and my vehicle was stuck in program mode…ugh! I msged the dealership with my problem and they were able to fit me in on Monday!! Long story short! I picked up my vehicle at 2 all good to go!! Jen in service is amazing 💖 Way to go Dover Chevrolet 🙌
