Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change

Everyone here is kind, friendly, and has a good attitude. Everyone seems happy to be there and the whole atmosphere is pleasant. They tell you exactly what you need and are extremely forthcoming with pricing. They don't try to push anything on you if you say no, and they're very patient and explaining the answers to any questions you have. The only place I will go since moving to Dover.

Great staff working here, very friendly to all customers. The way everyone seemed to be happy to be working here, made my whole attitude change. I went in a little bit annoyed in a bad mood, but I left feeling better just seeing people in high spirits. The service was fast and reliable. Prices seem fair. I'll be back here for my next oil change.

These guys are great. Always easy and quick. I usually do my own changes in my 1971 but I was in a rush and needed it done. Their price was less than I can do it on my own. Professional and quick, they even had the oil filter in stock!!!

I had trusted Prompto to keep me going on a delivery job that sometimes puts on 150-200 miles a day. I was very disappointed, especially living in a rather remote location right now, that the last time my oil filter was only finger-tightened according to my mechanic. A massive leak resulted over a week and because I’d always trusted Prompto I thought it was my transmission until my low fluid light came on and my car was making dying noises (and yes, I check my car weekly). I always tipped the crew $10 except this time. It’s utterly disgusting to me that negligence with such a basic part of an oil change almost killed my car within a week. If I don’t have the money to have a real mechanic do the same I may come back here (as in a true emergency) but if so I will demand I do not have th
