Nate was amazing to work with. Very easy to schedule an appointment, and they did a great job replacing my bumper. They were very thorough both in their inspection and in communicating about what they found via pictures of the underside, with zero pressure to fix things on the spot. I’ve never had such good service, feeling like I actually know where my truck stands and what might need to be addressed next. Highly recommend.

I brought my car in for a second opinion after the dealer told me I needed some exhaust work. They did a full inspection and pointed out a few things that were showing wear or leaking a little but nothing that needed immediate attention. Nate was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained things thoroughly and showing me pictures and on the car itself. The prices were almost half of what the dealer would charge. It was nice to not be pressured at all to have any of the work done.

Went to get my brakes done and they did such a thorough assessment of my vehicle - I was shocked! Nate at the front desk helped me out with everything and explained things to me without trying to upcharge or take advantage of me (a relatively young driver). It was about a little over $600 to replace my front brake pads and rotors, which is on par with or cheaper than other places in the area. I was provided with pictures of the relevant areas of my SUV and given timelines for when to fix the discovered issues. It was easy to use their system through my phone to accept or refuse certain services as desired.

Easily one of the best shops I've worked with. Nate is an absolute legend and is one the main reasons why I will continue to bring any repairs I need there. Prices were also very fair and that was very refreshing to see. My repairs toke about a day to get done but obviously that depends on what you need to get done. Personally, i cant recommend this place enough.
