Dover Honda Service

Didn’t need an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no charge for the rotation since I bought the tires there last year. I was greeted right away by Mike. He was very pleasant and welcoming and directed me to the comfortable waiting area, which had snacks and coffee/water. They do a multi- point inspection and everything was A-OK.. The wait was about 1 1/2 hours, but I went across the street for an ice-cream and then some phone time. When I returned to my car it had been washed.

Great place, not pushy and upfront with all the cost. Thank you to Charlie, and everyone at Dover Honda for getting me into a new car.

Second time Ive gone to get my oil changed, pulled in, no one in line, one other car in the entire garage, and was told it take over an hour, closer to an hour and twenty minutes, to do JUST a oil change. I didn’t have that much time so had to leave again. Do better Dover Honda, oil changes shouldn’t take over an hour when it’s dead quiet. My last oil change there took over two hours, and was moderately busy.

Luke has been my service advisor for about 4-5 years. He is very open and honest about what is needed and what we can plan for. I am so very appreciative of the level of knowledge and willingness to work with me. Thank you Luke for setting the bar high with your outstanding customer service.

My experiences at Dover Honda were all EXCELLENT from the ease of setting my appointment to the service gal (Alicia I believe) who answered all my questions & was so patient & understanding; to the service driver (Joe) who drove me home & then came back for me so that I could pick up my car. Joe is a great driver. I was comfortable to ride with him & enjoyed talking with him; And especially those behind the scene that I didn’t meet but who did such a great job working on my car & giving me my air conditioning back! WHEW! I had the most positive experience at Dover Honda! Sue
