Dealership is unable to address reoccurring issue with Def gauge malfunction. I don’t really blame them. It’s an engineering flaw. Common problem, from what I’ve researched.

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from your dealership. Buying a car at a dealership is like going for a root canal..... probably one thing most people love to avoid. However.....Emily was the salesperson for the last 2 and she's worth whatever you're paying her if not more. Nicole is also amazing. I appreciate everything Emily did. Very personable and made the experience worth it. She treated my daughter like she'd known her for a while. Overall excellent experience. Thanks for eliminating the "man behind the curtain" that the salesperson has to run back to everytime things don't go as planned. No sleazy sales tactics or shell game that everyone is accustomed to when buying a car. Other dealerships could take a lesson from Hartway, Emily and Nicole. We'll be back. Thanks Emil

This has to be the easiest, no BS dealership there is. This is the fifth vehicle my family has bought here and we keep coming back for more. Tom passed the torch to Kip and nothing has changed. Still a great place.

I was looking to trade in my vehicle for a newer model, found a car I liked off their website and sent a request. I had a response in less than an hour and we made an appointment for later in the week. The staff was friendly and funny, I worked with Lionel and he was fantastic! My overall experience was positive, no stress and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone and would happily do business with this dealership again.

My son in law had a recall on his car and had a bad experience there at first getting it fix. Then Hartway turned it around and gave him a loaner while they corrected the problem. This was a fantastic turnaround and they were accommodating and understanding that he doesn’t live local and needed it corrected before he left for active duty in the Airforce. I so appreciate you making this a good experience for him and getting his car ready just in time for him to head for training. Thanks again for your kindness and making it right! It really helps knowing his car is working properly before he had to drive so far.
