Owners wife was extremely rude and had an attitude for no reason. When trying to have a conversation with her. She started to have smart remarks. Wouldn’t recommend going to because of her rudeness.

Went in for an inspection. He was friendly, and was able to get my car in pretty quick. It needed a part in order to pass which he fixed the following Monday. Almost immediately after passing my inspection my car started making a noise and it felt like a brake issue. Turns out it should have never been inspected and the brakes were totally shot.

I went to Prawel’s for my auto inspection the first time, but since then, I’ve trusted them enough to get their opinion when I’m in doubt with other locations. The owner is always friendly & doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary services. Now, when I leave town, I never have to worry about sending anyone in my family that isn’t as knowledgeable about vehicle upkeep!

Excellent work and service. Mark is busy and by appointment only but is worth it.
