So there I was, sitting at home around 2 a.m., really evaluating my life choices, when I decided I needed to get out of the state and spend my birthday somewhere different—preferably the West Coast. By 7 a.m., I had my daughter packed up and realized I’d better make sure my car was truly road-ready before attempting anything close to a 3,200-mile trip. That’s when I stopped into Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers—and I’m incredibly glad I did. The technician was honest and straight with me: I needed an alignment and a tire just to safely make it to the next county, let alone across the country. They replaced the dry-rotted tire, did an oil change, and performed the alignment with zero pressure—just solid advice focused on safety. That same tire and oil change carried me across the country

On Wednesday evening after I got home from work, I realized one of my tires was flat. So I called Monroe asking if they had any available in the size that I had and they did. However, when I showed up I was their last customer of the night which normally would not have bothered me. But it honestly felt as though they were trying to rush the process and get me out of the door as fast as possible. After the tire was put on and they brought the car out to me, as I was driving home, I realized that it didn’t sound right. And since they were already closing up I couldn’t Go back and ask them to fix it. So I prayed that it was OK, and Went to work the next day. The lead technician FORGOT TO PUT MY Drain plug gasket BACK ON resulting in my truck leaking oil for weeks and almost causing my engine to blow up. UNACCEPTABLE. The ONLY job he has and he FAILED beyond belief at it. I have given this place chance after chance and they continually fail me. do NOT take your vehicle here by any means. Everytime I go, there are so many unhappy customers waiting in the waiting area and I hear all types of stories about having to sit there for hours, being told things they know aren't true.. Ridiculous. Sad this is the only "quick" oil change stop in town- yet quick is NOT what you get, nor reliability.

The mechanic at the shop was amazingly helpful with tires I needed to find and very understanding of how I needed to stay on a budget! Awesome customer service and very honest employees! I will definitely be going back to this location to get more auto needs taken care of! :)

The guys are so nice and helpful with my Tesla needs. I had a flat tire and had it towed and taken care of. Only thing is they couldn't do my alignment. Which is no big deal.
