Orleans Ford Service

I have purchased two f-150’s and have had them both serviced here since 2019. I don’t have any complaints. Very happy with sales and service.

Salesman very polite. Followed through with all. Bought a used truck. Very accommodating

I feel I was scammed… I had just got my car inspected 4 days prior to taking my car to Orleans ford. Monroe muffler told me my turbo hose was leaking oil, so I told Orleans ford that was the problem and to see if they could take care of my recall of breaklines.. well Orleans ford told me it would be 3700.00 cause they found other leaks that apparently Monroe muffler never saw after they did a complete inspection [which passed]. I told Orleans ford never mind I’m not paying 3700.00. Then Orleans ford tells me that they can’t get my tires off to fix recall and that it will be 10.00 a lug nut to get tires off to fix recall. How did Monroe muffler get my tires off for the inspection 4 days prior to taking it to Orleans ford. There’s 5 lug nuts on each tire they wanted to charge me an extra 50.

Having a new to me vehicle which is pretty new it is a concern when something isn't working right. Orleans Ford made me feel important and that they were concerned as well that something wasn't correct. They got me in on my schedule and got right on it as I waited. They took care of the problem quickly and professionally, explaining to me what the issues was and what the repair details. Thank you

Went for washer fluid nozzle was not working found out it was frozen they charged $300 just to flush it. Extremely expensive didn’t even get any new parts!
