Dennis,best service consultant I've ever experienced. He understood my layman's explanation of my issue and found the exact service bulletin describing it. Kept me constantly informed, even calling me on his day off. Helped me with coupons, GM rewards points, and even looked up my truck purchase from their dealer location to find I had purchased the extended warranty. Will definately go back over and over again.

I needed my battery replaced immediately and Winter Chevrolet was able to get it done within 30 minutes. I felt so fortunate. The receptionist who answers the phone is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful as was my service consultant who orchestrated my arrival and replacement battery within 30 minutes. Luke was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations.

I’ve had my car worked on at Winter Chevrolet a couple of times before, and everything was good. Everyone that works here is friendly and professional. This is the first truly bad experience that I’ve had here. My car was broken into on Father’s Day. They broke a window andremoved the infotainment panel from my center console. I brought my car to Winter Chevrolet that same day. The technicians didn’t start working on my car until six weeks later. During those six weeks, I didn’t hear anything from the service department. When they did start working on it, it took Another couple of weeks for them to say that the car was ready to be picked up. Service department did caution me that my battery didn’t seem to be holding much of a charge, and that I should bring it back in a few days later. S

The Service Department at Chevrolet was very quick with regard to our service repair. We have an appointment for our 2024 Chevrolet Trax. For a maintenance recall repair. The repair was done the same day and Mark our Service Department Customer Service was friendly and helpful. I rated this dealership and service a five stars! Highly recommended!

Inflated estimate; poorly done service - damaged rear carpet and did not replace battery cover. Appears did not test repair as I got a check engine light after driving 10 miles from the dealer. Sent text complaining...crickets.
