I have brought my vehicles to this shop for many years. The service is friendly, comprehensive, and reasonably priced. The mechanics are skilled, honest, and proffessional. They offer reasonable quotes for service and labor up front and they do not do work without authorization. They work very hard to get your vehicle up and running quickly and efficiently.

Didn’t feel like I got answers on my vehicle with engine problems. I felt like I was treated like an inconvenience. I requested for diagnosis but instead, my rear seats were laid down and everything from my trunk was, for some reason, shoved onto the laid down seat— even tho the engine isn’t back there— it’s mounted in the front. No need to scope out my trunk. Both times I tried to speak with the mechanic, he seemed aggravated and annoyed with me. No rapport built there and I was informed he put $200 worth of time into it but was given nothing and told I was only being charged the $60 something dollars. All I was told is the engine needs a total replacement. Second opinion I got after the fact said it is a piston pin causing the problem. Unsure of the expertise with European cars but this

I have a modified Volkswagen and they were able to fix my vehicle when no other shop would touch it. Even though it was just a cv axle mine needed a specific one due to the transmission swap. They figured out which one I needed and still had it fixed in the time and for the price they quoted. Great people, great work and fair prices. Will definitely be my go to shop locally.

I've been taking my old manual 98 Silverado to CARS since I got it almost 2 years ago and I have, and always will, bring it to CARS. John is great at what he does. When I have an issue with my truck, I bring to John and he always lets me know what problem is. He's very clear and concise in his explanations so a non-mechanic like myself can understand. The entire staff is good about keeping you updated on what's happening with your ride and always get the job done fast & effectively with affordable pricing. I will only recommend CARS to a friend or colleague having automobile issues.
