I was told my vehicle would be ready in 10 days, which was clearly not true. The repair time has now been dragged out to 37 days with no accountability and poor communication throughout the process. This delay has caused serious inconvenience, including my rental period expiring entirely because of their mismanagement. If the shop knew from the beginning that the repair could not be completed in a reasonable timeframe, that information should have been disclosed honestly. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values transparency, reliability, or basic professionalism.

The people are Chilton are complete pros. I got into a hit and run with my 2023 Lexus with less than 500 miles on the odometer. They worked with Geico, Enterprise, and also did an incredible job on getting my car back to showroom new (of less than a month ago). Having had no prior relationship with the, they kept me updated, paid true attention to detail to my car, and treated me like a long-time customer. And I could not be happier with the results, which you can take a look for yourself. Great business.

I have pretty good experience with Chilton, provided I had rather small scratch and dent on my car (so I can't speak for more severe damages). Even it's a small dent, I know that matching the color can be a problem but they did a pretty good job. They even wash my car for me! Also, it is easy to drop off the Enterprise rental when you pick up your fixed vehicle -- you just leave it there.

I can't say enough good things about Chilton Auto Body on Bayswater. Al and the front desk staff are awesome. I've been a regular customer for at least 5 years now and don't go anywhere else. They are professional, thorough, and always on time with meeting their delivery times, and above all, HONEST. If you ever need body work and a reliable and honest place to bring your car, this is your place. Thank you, Al and team!

I have been going to Al and his team for a recurring issue on my car where the bumper keeps falling off. He has been extremely gracious and didn't even charge me since this is an ongoing issue. I can't think of my auto body shops that would do that.
