Choice Auto Repair

Choice has the three things I look for in a mechanic: Busy, honest, and fast. Busy: When a shop is busy, you know they do good work and have earned the trust of customers. Honest: They tell you everything that is wrong with your vehicle. No overselling, no price gouging. In some cases, the price paid is less than their quote. Fast: They get the job done quick. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by lunchtime. Choice is the only place I go and Irecommend to anyone who asks.

I have never had such an amazing experience with a shop. All the guys here are respectful, thorough, and honest hard working guys. I came here after a friend of mine referred me to them. I needed to have a vehicle inspected before I bought it and not only did they do an outstanding job but they gave me their honest feedback on every detail of the car down to potential future costs. I would highly recommend this place for all your needs and will absolutely be coming back to them for maintenance. 10/10 experience!

Obsessed with this place. I recommend them to all of my friends. They’re super transparent and reasonably priced. They two owners are always on premises and always deliver. It’s so hard to find a place you can trust as a gal, I’ve had mechanics try to overcharge me for car services since I started driving but I really feel like I can count on Choice Auto. They never do any work without verifying what needs to be done and how much it will cost if it’s outside of what we previously discussed or more major than I thought. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and will be a loyal customer so long as I live in Arizona.

This shop was highly recommended and did not disappoint! Car broke down on our way back home after a weekend trip to visit family. Worked us in on a busy Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in no time. Excellent experience, no upselling, fair price, fast professional service. 100% recommend! Thank you Choice Auto Repair for the exemplary service! My husband and I cannot thank you enough!

Sad to write this review, but I took my car here and was told by a different mechanic that a repair gone wrong here could've put me in danger. I drove across the country to move and thankfully nothing happened. My dad was driving the car I had taken to Choice in the snow and almost slammed into the car in front of him. I've gone here before and had a great experience; however after the mentioned experience above, I found out that when my brakes were changed a part was put in backwards (according to a mechanic I took my car to). It caused my front rotor to corrode as well. I'm disappointed and would not recommend going here despite great pricing and friendly service.
