Do you like making appointments for an oil change and sitting for 2-4 hours after appointment time? Do you like being told that your vehicle can’t be serviced because the parts department left after you have waited almost 2 hours? Do you like being yelled at by the service rep for standing your ground after 3 years of this treatment? Then Chris Crain Service Department is the place for you. Ask for Chase Croy, he’ll throw in a few choice words for you as well.

Rude Service advisors. Vehicle wasn't fixed correctly the first second and third time it was brought in. I understand the not duplicating issues but the level of professionalism is not at this location. Overall a bad experience.

This was my first visit to Chris Crain. I am beyond happy!! I needed the whole oil change, tire rotation, filters, etc., on my 2020 G70. I wish I could tell you the names of everyone that helped me but there were several and they all had the best attitudes. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable and even offered a shuttle if I wanted to go anywhere. They went over all of my charges and services to make sure I understood. Plus, I received a little goodie bag as I was checking out. (This is definitely a stark contrast to the dealership I had been dealing with in Little Rock.) Oh yeah, the building is pristine clean and very comfortable.

I took my vehicle here for 50,000 mile service. Less than a 1000miles later my check engine light came on🤦🏽‍♀️. Call service Dept, get disconnected 2 times told to leave a message someone will call you back... That didn't happen because the person who I left a message for someone to call be no longer works there... Imagine that...after 3 call attempts and 2 service reps and a manger which hung up on me... I will never spend 700 for service to Chris Crain Hyundai ever. They are rude quotes are all over the place and you get charged for things they didnt even perform. I would give them no star if I could.

This review is solely based on my most recent visit with Genesis Advisor Chris C. It was like a breath of fresh air. Since my last visit, I have not been back to the service department and have relied on my Genesis salesman, David P. Hyundai could learn a thing or two from the expectations Genesis has lined out for their people. I was told countless times that "when the new Genesis Dealership opens, it will be different"! Today was that day! While the new dealership hasn't opened yet, there are specific Service Advisors for the Genesis customers, and boy, do they go above and beyond to make you feel like a normal person!
