In July 2025 Chris did a diagnosis on my 86-year-old mother's 2005 Nissan Sentra (check engine was on and she drives less 3000-4000 miles a year). He told her that her car needed a new Timing Chain, with parts and labor it would cost around $1200.00. My Mom agreed to the price for the replacement of the Timing Chain. Chris had her car for just over week (other issues came up due to his lack of communication with her). When he said the car was ready my mom took cash from her account and paid for the agreed upon work. The first thing that she noticed was that check engine was still on, Chris told her that she would have to drive the car for about 40-60 miles for the light to go off. We have taken our car to Chris twice now for different issues and he is affordable and quick to fix the issue. Not that we ever wish for car trouble, but if other things come up he is likely the first place we will go to.
