Christian Brothers Automotive Chanhassen

This was my second time using Christian Brothers. My first time I had a major service done which was a significant expense to consider for my 2015 Audi but they talked it through with me and helped me determine whether it was a good decision to do or not. I ended up doing it because I like my car and it still had a good amount of drivable miles on it. Their honesty and experience and education made me trust them and appreciate I was getting more than just a quick car service done. To find a business that cares about value and customer service these days is worth my referral and repeat business every time. Thanks so much!

Molly was awesome to work with as was the whole crew! The place is cleaner than most restaurants I go to and they are very thorough about their whole process. This is my 2nd vehicle I have put under their care and I would recommend them. As for pricing??? I really don’t know what to compare them with for I haven’t really brought my new to me truck to.

This place most definitely treats others as one would want to be treated. Every experience from phone appointment scheduling to finished product has been exceptional. The whole team is friendly, kind and loving to customers and with each other. Their communication is fantastic with clear, understandable explanations of the vehicle issue, and they go way above on the scale of detailed customer service. They remember their customers and treat everyone like family. I was new to the area, and Mark and his whole team, with a special shout out to Garrett, all showed effort and love so that I felt safe and comfortable. I have lived all over the country. Vermont - Illinois - California - New York - Colorado - Minnesota. It is so incredibly hard to find a good reliable mechanic. I have almost died twice because of bad mechanics. Imagine not having working breaks coming down a mountain. At Christian Brothers Automotive, they actually care to do the right thing, transparent, are honest and so an excellent job with consideration and care. I respect them for the work that they do. Everyone at Christian Brother has consistently gone above & beyond in taking care of me. Mark & Molly have been stellar - but the whole team is wonderful. Molly has helped me navigate big ticket repairs on my vehicle through an extended warranty company - none of which she had to do, but still willingly did. This shop has earned my repeat business - hands down.
