Wonderful service! My car's drivers-side door (2010 Honda Civic), was creaking and popping for the last few days and today it stopped opening entirely without forcing it. Originally took it to Youngestds in Waconia to have it looked at but after examining it they recommended I bring it here instead. We found out that the front panel and my driver's door were clicking because they had been bent inwards. Initially I was super worried that the costs of fixing this were going to be more and with the holidays right around the corner, the last thing I needed was an expensive car repair. Excellent service. My car was in a minor collision that damaged the rear passenger door. When I called Youngstedts to ask if they could repair it, the first thing the manager Mike asked me after I said I was in a collision was “Are you okay?” I really appreciated the time he took to check in with me, not just ask about the car. They took excellent care of my car, worked with my insurance to make sure it was all covered, and finished the repairs within a week. It looks good as new. I’ll be taking my car back if it ever needs repairs again.

I had two things repaired on my Chevrolet. Youngstedts did a terrible job. 1. My left front quarter panel needed replacement after a collision with a drunk driver. Youngstedts assured me they would use the same gauge steel as the original. They didn't. It's flimsy when pushed on compared to the right side and already has a dent due to the thin gauge cheap replacement. They also insisted they had to "blend" the paint into the front door to match the paint. It does not match and in fact has a NOTICABLE pink hue that is clearly visible in the photo I've provided in this review. On top of that they didn't paint the mounting hardware and left raw steel that is now rusting. I had an extremely intense repair needed after an accident. In dealing with a very difficult insurance company, my repair took a week longer than expected while they were approving repairs that weren't part of my estimate. Although this was no fault of Youngstedts, they provided me a vehicle to use during the extended time the repairs took. When I did get my vehicle back, the work they did was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and really went the extra mile when it comes to customer service.
