Powers Ridge Senior Living

My husband and I had been living in another senior apartment, where we felt disrespected by the management because of our ages. We finally had it with them, and went looking around. We were SO impressed by Powers Ridge and have been so very happy in our time here! Our Manager, Felicia, is an incredible woman! She tries so hard to get to know and work individually with each of us. Our dog, Biscuit, loves her and her carrot treats as much as she does her owners! We have parties and educational sessions and fun get-togethers. Our grounds are beyond beautiful, looking onto a little park where kids play and laugh, and deer walk through. Birds singing all the time. The inside is kept sparkling clean, and it always looks and smells wonderful. Death is going to be our only reason for moving out!

My wife and I moved to Powers Ridge Senior Living Apartments, 6 months ago, after spending 20 years in our gated community home in the south. We were expecting some adjustments to senior apartment living. Felicia (the property manager) and Terrence/Kurt (the maintenance team) had prepped our apartment beautifully. The transition was seamless, thanks to this highly professional staff, engaging us at each step. We felt warmly welcomed into this community family, by the Powers Ridge residents. Powers Ridge Senior Living apartments are wonderful. Felicia the manager, is so kind and welcoming. My dog looks to see if Felicia is in her office because treats and belly rubs are always available. The building is quiet, clean and well taken care of and the location is perfect.

Felicia Jamerson is an exceptional Community Manager at Powers Ridge. She is professional, helpful, and incredibly kind, always going above and beyond to ensure the building runs smoothly. Felicia’s dedication and attention to detail truly make a difference. It’s a pleasure to work with someone so committed to creating a positive experience for everyone.

Ronnie Park My wife and I moved into Powers Ridge Senior Living building in September of 2019. We have been very happy during our time here! Appreciating our "space," finding it quiet, enjoyable and comfortable. Our Manager, Felicia, is a nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional woman. Felicia has helped during a rough time we were going through. She remembers bits of personal information to make everyone feel at home.The dogs love her and are friendly to us residents! We appreciate all the good times, the parties, potlucks, and games.
