I’ve been to Christian Brothers Auto Repair several times for everything from a simple oil change and tire rotation to a full ABS brake repair. Each visit has been consistent — knowledgeable, thorough, and highly communicative. I genuinely appreciate the extra level of care they show my vehicles. They are a notch above the dealership experience. I’ve trusted them with a newer Ford hybrid truck, an older Ford Edge, and a Chevy Suburban. Will continue to go here going forward!

We brought our 2014 Infiniti here to be repaired, and while the experience wasn’t “flawless,” I was very impressed by the integrity of this business and the service. Our service advisor Martin was absolutely exceptional, with top notch communication. He worked tirelessly with my warrantee company to get some of the cost of the very expensive repairs we needed covered, and kept me informed everyday. I responded to a 'free oil change" service recently from this location. First of all, let me say each and every staff member at this location is extremely professional and friendly. Great customer care! One service they provided that day was a basic service inspection. Come to find out there were several issues to be addressed with my car. The explanation of what was going on with my car was easily understood by me, which is something you don't get every time you speak to auto repair individuals. Wes, the manager, literally walked me out to my car that was on a lift and pinpointed every issue. I have never experience this level of thoroughness from an automotive business.
