Complete Autoworks

I want to share a very positive experience with Complete Autoworks in Dripping Springs. This is a serious, owner-operated independent shop that demonstrated a level of professionalism and competence that’s unfortunately becoming rare. Mark and his skilled team were able to repair my car and properly finish servicing that another shop completely botched. I honestly can’t overstate my appreciation for them taking in a car that was in an essentially unknown condition to them when it arrived on a flatbed. I have an older Lexus AWD sedan that needed tires, an alignment, and some routine maintenance. The (shall remain unnamed) chain tire shop I originally took it to also offered to perform the required additional service, including removing and replacing a front passenger CV axle with a torn bo

I’ve written a review previously, but I want to write another one to reiterate what I said. Mark and his family have always been above and beyond in how they run their shop. Always kind. Always honest. Two of the most important qualities that everyone looks for in others. I truly appreciate them and everything they’ve done for me and (I’ll be honest) my lost cause of a car for the past 3 or 4 years. I don’t know if they’ll see this, but if yall do: I always look forward to come see you guys for our brief conversations when I bring my car in for an oil change or whatever else. It’s a little thing that has seldom changed while everything else shifts. Thank you.

We are so happy to have found Mark and Complete Autoworks! He has serviced my aging SUV several times this year, and always takes the time to thoroughly diagnose - and explain to me! - any issues. His work is top-notch, the pricing is extremely fair, and he's great at estimating expected wait times. If you need a quality mechanic, I highly recommend Mark!

Thanks to Mark not only does he keep my family’s Suburban and 4 Runner in top notch shape for our many road trips, but his crew also also is able to maintain my company’s 3/4 Ton and 1 Ton pickup trucks. I can get in and out of here in jiff once they get everything diagnosed. Can’t say enough about the service here and I am really blessed to have him in the neighborhood for quick reliable and considerate service.
