Took my vehicle here after a hail storm and they did a great job. They did the majority of the work dealing with insurance to get the claim taken care of and had excellent customer service. The quality of the work is top notch! I’m very particular about my car and they made it as good as new, you would never know there was damage, the repairs are smooth as glass! After waiting months to get in with another shop, Universal Auto Hail Repair was able to get me in the same day I called. My car looks like new after quite an extensive hail storm. They had a rental vehicle available for me, waived my deductible, and gave me $50 because someone else referred me to them. The car was done earlier than expected and they did a fabulous job. Universal Auto Repair did a great job fixing the hail damage on my truck! If a very polite young man comes to your door saying his company can fix your hail damage on your car, and he'll provide a rental car for you while repairs are being made, AND they'll charge what the insurance company pays, LISTEN to him! Universal did an incredible job for us, they even cleaned the inside of my car, and washed the outside! We had another ding on our car and they gave us some touch up paint to fix that. From start to finish, this was a great experience! I highly recommend this company! The local hail repair place said they were scheduling out to February of next year??!!
